The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), in collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR), is organizing a stakeholder engagement and networking event focused on hyperspectral remote sensing.
The event will take place on 28 April 2026 at the Central Library of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Room 3.1, and is designed to engage a broad stakeholder community, fostering dialogue and collaboration among researchers, industry actors, public authorities, and end users in the field of hyperspectral remote sensing.
This event is part of the “Reaching Excellence in Hyperspectral Remote Sensing” (EXPERT) project, funded by the European Commission under the HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02 (Twinning) Call. The project is coordinated by ROSA and aims to enhance ROSA’s expertise and capabilities in HS data processing by leveraging the knowledge and best practices of ASI and DLR – two of the world’s leading space agencies in satellite, airborne, and ground-based HS technologies, including the groundbreaking PRISMA, EnMAP, and DESIS missions.
