We are pleased to announce the launch of the Call for Participation for the Hyperspectral Autumn School 2026, organised within the Horizon Europe project EXPERT – Reaching Excellence in Hyperspectral Remote Sensing.
The Autumn School will take place in Sinaia, Romania, from 12 to 16 October 2026 and will provide an intensive training programme dedicated to hyperspectral remote sensing, with lectures and practical sessions delivered by experts from the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), the Italian Space Agency (ASI), and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
The event is addressed to PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, and early-stage researchers working in Earth Observation and related fields.
Participation in the Autumn School is free of charge and includes access to all courses, training materials, lunches, and coffee breaks during the event.
We kindly invite interested candidates to submit their applications by 15 June 2026, according to the guidelines included in the attached Call for Participation document.

Additional information regarding accommodation options, meals, and practical arrangements will be communicated to selected participants at a later stage.
